UNI-FLEX™ inclined scissor roller conveyor

The UNI-FLEX™ scissor roller conveyor is ideal for numerous tasks in packaging and flexible assembly lines and for loading and unloading vehicles and containers. The extremely robust scissor roller conveyor is easy to move and can be retracted to a quarter of its extended size when not in use.

UNI-FLEX™ scissor roller conveyor

  • Infinitely variable adjustment of the floor supports from 740 mm to 1065 mm working height.
  • Welded cross struts give the floor supports additional strength and rigidity.
  • Load capacity 300 kg per running metre.
  • Standard widths of 450 mm, 600 mm and 750 mm (900 mm width as an option).
  • Good manoeuvrability with swivel castors 125 mm x 36 mm with foot-operated brakes.

High load capacity:
The roller axles are supported on the moulded tube steel profiles, which extend across the entire width of the conveyor and are always aligned vertically. This ensures a consistently high load-bearing capacity.

Options

End stop:
The end stop prevents the packages from falling down at the removal end. If the end stop is not required or the UNI-FLEX™ scissor roller conveyor is connected to another conveyor, the end stop can be lowered.

Plastic rollers:
The standard version of the conveyor rollers with a 49 mm diameter made of galvanised steel is suitable for all loads with a level floor. Plastic rollers with a diameter of 48 mm are also available on request for lighter applications up to a load capacity of 80 kg per running metre.

Axle pitch:
The standard centre distance is 125 mm when extended. For conveying small packages, centre pitches of 75 mm or 100 mm in the extended state can be supplied as an option. Please note that the smaller centre pitches affect the inserted length of the conveyor.

Connecting bracket:
Two or more scissor roller conveyors can be connected quickly and easily using the connecting bracket. An additional idler roller in the transition area ensures a continuous narrow roller pitch.

Swivel castors Ø160 mm x 50 mm:
Wheels with a larger diameter make it easier to move on uneven floors. Please note that this increases the working height by 35 mm.
