Gravity Expandable Skatewheel Conveyor

Ideal for packing stations, assembly lines, loading and unloading of lorries and containers. The robust flexible conveyor is simple to manoeuvre and can be retracted to a fourth of its extended size to save space.

Prevents cartons from falling off the end. Can be lowered.

Plastic rollers

For light applications up to 80 kg per metre.

High load capacity

The roller axles are supported by a second strengthened bar held into place by vertical steel plates.
The added strength maintains a continous straight skatewheel axle.
This allows cartons to flow
High loads can therefore be achieved

Connecting Bracket

Allows a fast and simple connection of two or more conveyors

Roller Pitch

The standard pitch is 125 mm when extended. Roller pitches of 75 mm or 100 mm in can be supplied as an option for conveying small cartons. It should be noted that the smaller roller pitches affect the length of the conveyor when compressed.
